The history of Honda Sports following S2000
Approx. 2.5" long
The prototype of this Honda sports car was announced in 1962 and released as S500 in the following year.
As the name suggests, the S500 was launched with a 500 cc engine, but in 1964 it evolved into the S600 with a larger displacement, and the following year it reached the 800 cc S800.
The S series, packed with innovative mechanisms such as a DOHC engine with four carburetors and chain drive (until the early S800 models), is considered a car that will go down in history as the first Japanese car that attracted the attention of overseas automobile enthusiasts in terms of driving performance.

TLV commercialized the S600/S800 coupe in 2012 and the open-body S600 in June 2022, and now the S800 is being developed.
The red body is intended to be open, and the rectification plate above the windshield is integrated, while the optional trunk carrier and trunk are included as user-installed parts.
