Built in 1975 by Pacific Car & Foundry for Railbox, this 50’ boxcar was hastily repatched and placed into Burlington Northern series 250219-250481. Burlington Northern was formed through the mergers of Great Northern and Northern Pacific in 1970, and then merged with ATSF in 1995 to form BNSF.
