1/24-1/25 T & O's Parts for Hopper Kits (2)
1017 T's & O's are used to make lowriders dance. It's more of a working bit like a servo arm . Pegasus' old "hopper" conversion kits had these in it. After doing a few of them, most builders just needed to get these rather parts than a full kit.
